Material will not be accepted without correct Invoice, delivery documents, Packing list and mill T.C.
It is understood that all conditions specified here in are deemed to have been accepted by the sellers. Any clauses by way of correspondence or other documents on contrast to the terms & conditions in this order will not be binding unless an official amendment is issued by the purchaser.
Delivery as specified in this purchase order should be adhered to any demurrage, wharf-age interest or other charges on account of the sellers not supplying the goods as per terms and conditions in this purchase order will to be the sellers account.
The goods supplied & not confirming to our specifications and/or approved samples will not be accepted against the order. The Sellers will be notified that the goods are not acceptable & it shall be Sellers responsibility to take the delivery of the goods within reasonable time at Sellers risk and expenses, both sides of freight and expenses to be born by Sellers. The purchaser does not accept responsibility for any damage, detoriation or loss while such goods are in custody or in transit.
Material on arrival of Purchasers factory will be inspected by the Purchaser & purchaser’s decision in the matter will be considered as final.
No interest will be payable on overdue account.
Material shall meet “ROHS” and “REACH” requirements to the latest directive, and must submit a ROHS and REACH compliance declaration on each shipment.
Supplier shall follow Statutory and Regulatory requirement of Govt to the latest directive.
The purchaser reserves the right to cancel or modify the purchaser order without any liability for any compensation and/or claim of any description whatsoever.
Subject to Mumbai, India Jurisdiction.
Seller need to mention HSN/Chapter ID on the Invoice Copy as indicated on the purchase order. Any discrepancy in the same need to be brought to notice of the purchaser before shipping the material.
The supplied material shall be compliance to current applicable Statuary and Regulatory requirements.
As a part of Non-Disclosure Agreement, do not disclose / share any data, dimension, grade or any other information such as our Technical Specification sheet related to raw material purchase by us to any other customer or your competitor. Please keep this PO and Other specification related requirement confidential and use within your organization only.
